As a customer you are our priority and we want you to be happy at all times. If something occurs that you are not happy with please CONTACT US and we’ll do everything we can to resolve any issue.
PLACING AN ORDERING
Once an order has been placed, we will review it and put it through for processing. When checking your order, if we find an error or missing information, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions. Otherwise, the order will be processed and dispatched, usually that day if placed before 4 pm and should take no longer than 24 hours to reach you, Monday – Thursday. Friday orders will be with you on Monday unless you pay for Saturday Delivery.
THE PRICE ADVERTISED WHEN CLICKING A PRODUCTS IS THE PRICE YOU PAY AT THE CHECKOUT. HOWEVER, WE DO CHARGE FOR POSTAGE IF YOUR ORDER IS UNDER THE FREE POSTAGE LIMIT.
This is a new product we will be launching shortly. All our jars are glass catering jars of high quality. These may change from brand to brand if we feel we can provide a better service.
KETO BOXES, SUBSCRIPTION BOXES & GIFT BOXES
These are new items being added this year 2020.
We are also talking to some leading brewmasters from the UK & Belgium to bring you a selection of Beers, Ciders, and Ales that we have been testing for the past 6 months.
We take great pride in the quality and condition of our product and it should reach you in the best possible condition. When you receive your order please open it as soon as possible and inspect it. If you aren’t happy with what you find, please call us right away on 01202875280. When possible email pictures to [email protected]. We will aim to put it right straight away or offer an alternative option that you are satisfied with. If you’d like a replacement order, we can send that out for you or if you would rather just have your money back, we can do that too. Personally we would always want to re-send the order to show it was a simple glitch in the system.
No claim for damage or deterioration after delivery can be accepted unless we’re informed straight away. Nor can we accept any responsibility for quality deterioration due to the following delivery problems:
- Incorrect addresses
- Unopened parcels
- Delayed deliveries due to weather problems.
- Gifts to recipients who have gone away or are unable to receive parcels.
SCT & SCT LTD retains all rights of ownership and possession of the goods until full payment has been received.

- Postage Monday – Thursday before 2 pm 1-2 days but we are aiming for next day delivery: £4.00
- Free delivery Monday – Thursday before 2 pm 1 -2 days but we are aiming for the next day.
- NEXT DAY DELIVERY £1 Extra Monday – Thursday before 4 pm: £1.00
- Saturday Delivery before 4 pm Friday £7 Extra
All orders placed Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Mondays.
All notifications are sent when we process your order and this is collected by DPD. once these are collected we can’t be held responsible for DPD failing to deliver on time as vehicle breakdowns do occur.
There is also the possibility of goods in transit being damaged where we have to ascertain if this can still be delivered which might incur an extra day for delivery (Monday – Thursday) as it might just be the box, not the products. If we feel the goods have been compromised a new order will be dispatch at the earliest possible time. Again we can’t be held responsible for a delay in your goods being delivered within the time frame stated.
If an order is refused and sent back to use for any other the above reason that is out of our control we will issue a refund if requested but the cost of freight/delivery will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. in the event you qualified for free delivery then a charge of £4 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
If for any reason other than those stated above occur and we need to give a refund at any time this will be in full with no deductions.
If an order is refused or sent back a refund will only be given on receipt of your box being inspected once it has arrived back with us and everything is correct.
If you paid by PayPal the refund will be received back to you the same day. If you paid by card then this can take up to 5 days to be received back to your original card.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS
Discounts and promotional offers are subject to terms and conditions. Unlike other companies, if you have multiple offers you can use them at the same time when possible. Proper By SCT retains the right to withdraw or adjust any promotional discount offer without notice.
We accept payment online by Maestro, Solo, Electron, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal but not AmEx. Your payment is processed via a fully authorized Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential. In fact, we never see any of the card numbers ourselves.
Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorize successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.
If you wish to cancel you need to contact us ASAP. You may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification before it has been processed for delivery. Proper By SCT reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty.
